Trina Fleming visits with co-host Lauren Solomon in the Good Day Orange County studio to talk about the life-changing services provided by WHW, an organization formerly known as Women Helping Women. Since 1993, the vision of two women, both survivors of domestic abuse, has expanded and helps thousands in the community every year. “When WHW first started, it helped 64 women that first year,” said Fleming. “This year, we anticipate helping over 10,000 people.”
Not only does WHW provide professional apparel, it is equipped to offer job training and support, employment retention support, computer training, employment readiness, among many other services.
“A good job can change everything,” says Fleming.
