In the Kitchen: You Deserve the Perfect Mocktail


In this GDOC episode, Lauren and Amy are in the kitchen whipping up the perfect mocktail concoctions with fresh juices and natural ingredients. Who knew healthy drinking could be so easy and delicious?

Lauren introduced three different combinations: The hardest part is deciding which one to love the most.

Cranberry, Ginger, and Rosemary Mocktail

Fill up 1/3 of the glass with cranberry juice

Add a swig of Ginger Kombucha


Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary.

Pineapple and Ginger Mocktail

Fill 1/3 of the glass with ginger juice (found at natural foods stores)

Fill 2/3 of glass with pineapple juice


(Optional: add some Pellegrino for some festive sparkle, or a handful of pomegranate seeds)

Party Pomegranate Mocktail

Fill the bottom of glasses with a heaping spoonful of pomegranate seeds

Fill 1/3 of a pitcher with pomegranate juice

Fill 2/3 pitcher with Pellegrino

Add a dash of lime juice

Stir well.

Pour in prepared glasses and garnish with your favorite fruit
